Please see attached a poster for the Halloween trail that is taking place around Hughenden during the half term. 26th-31st October. There will be maps available to purchase at the village shop for a £1.

Please find attached a poster for a pumpkin carving competition. It's being run by the Friends. It's £2 per entry. If you wish to take part you need to take a picture of your child with their pumpkin then you will need to send it through to the friends email which is friends.hughendenprimary@gmail.com and entries have to be in by 30th October and the winner will be announced 6th November.

Hollywood is coming to High Wycombe for some family-friendly October half term fun!

Join Eden Shopping Centre from Saturday 24th October to Sunday 1st November for their spook-tacular movie-inspired Painted Pumpkin Trail.

Local artist, Alex King has painted a star-studded line up of 25+ famous faces from the big screen on to pumpkins. From Frankenstein to Beetlejuice; Casper to Slimer, the impressionist pumpkins will be sure to send chills down your spine! Why not get in the spirit and come along in Halloween fancy dress!

The trail will begin at Eden’s Famous Faces Pumpkin Patch near HMV, then, follow the COVID-safe Halloween trail around Eden to locate answers to all the cinematic clues to be in with the chance of WINNING family fang-tastic prizes.
